Here\'s a Nice Collectible Camera made by the Showa Optical Works Company--- made in Occupied Japan after World War II. It\'s a miniature or Sub-miniature as some say. The camera--- a Gemflex I --- dates from 1949, when the USA was rebuilding Japan after the war. The camera is very interesting--- about as small as 16mm Subs could get--- see the ruler photos--- barely 3 inches with the viewing hood up. It comes with TWO Original Rolls of Film--- Unused, unwrapped film for this camera. But No Guarantees if it\'s still viable/good to use.
Cosmetically, the Condition of the body is Very Good--- no major damage, except for a little oxidation and pitting of the polished silver parts, and there are some sections of leatherette missing in different places. But otherwise it looks great! Functionally the camera shutter fires and the glass looks good, but I don\'t really know how well it would work for taking photos--- if you managed to find usable film. But it clicks and it\'s nice and solid except for the small deficiencies--- so it\'s Bargain Priced! (or should I ask $900-1000 like some others on --- is anybody crazy enough to pay that?)

So don\'t be a doosh--- it\'s Old and it\'s Not New. What you see is what you\'ll get and I package my items well so it arrives in the same condition as shown.
