The volumes are in fine to very fine condition with tight bindings and minimal edgewear and corner bumping. The two volumes have similar imitation leather on the spine but they differ in having different color boards as often seen in what appear to be matched sets. The illustrations are clean, bright, andunmarked. Each volume has a library card pocket on the back endpaper and what appears to be a stamped university resale value on the front endpaper. As in all 1963 & 1964 copies printed by Saunders, the pagesshow a light yellowing on their edges, which does not extend into theillustrations.
