Antique c. 1910 Hand-Made Dutch Colonial 9-Room Dollhouse, Old Photo, Provenance For Sale

VERY SPECIAL antique dollhouse....c. 1910....completely hand-made....patterned after an actual house in Providence, Rhode Island....see my last photo for an actual photo of this house, which was built around 1902....scale is rather small, likely 1:24 or smaller as the actual ceiling height is a mere 3 5/8\" (first and second floors)....*SEE additional SPECIFICS, MEASUREMENTS, and the CONDITION below*....please study all photos, feel free to ask questions, and be sure to check out my other interesting antique sales!
SPECIFICS:- entirely hand-made, no store-bought parts- front roof is hinged for easy access to the upstairs- back first-floor wall is hinged to lift for easy access to the two back rooms (kitchen and dining room, 19th, 20th, & 21st photos)- front first floor rooms (entry hall and parlor) are only accessible through the doorways (no removable panels that I can see)- sweet built-in benches on front porch- interior stairway has both front stairs from the entry hall AND back stairs from the kitchen....they share the same landing!!! (hard to photograph, 10th, 18th, & 20th photos)- entry hall has another set of built-in benches at the base of the stairway, like many homes of this period did (11th photo)- entry hall has a built-in fireplace with mirror across one corner, like many homes of this period did (9th photo)- dining room has a built-in cabinet across one corner (21st photo)- upstairs bathroom has a built-in, hand-made bathtub, toilet, and sink pedestal (basin is missing, 12th photo)- ALSO included are four little pieces of hand-made furniture that are original to this house: 2 dressers, 1 sofa, and 1 piano (22nd and 23rd photos)- ALSO included is an older photograph of the real house that this was patterned after, appears to have been taken in the 1960\'s or 1970\'s (last photo)MEASUREMENTS:Height - 12 1/4\" tall to the chimney, 11\" tall to the roof peakLength - 11 7/8\" across the roof, 11 3/8\" across the front of the house, porch adds an extra 3 1/8\" to the overall lengthWidth - 9 7/8\" from eave to eave, 7 7/8\" across the side of the houseInterior - approximately ceiling/wall height of 3 5/8\"Scale - perhaps 1:24, or even smallerWeight - weighs almost 5 lbs without any packing
CONDITION:
- both exterior and interior paint appear original, with expected wear- no evidence it ever had doors- a few old, expected age-related flaws, including old shrinkage cracks along front and back roof panels, a chip out of the entry porch roof corner, another chip/missing piece from the end of one bench on the same porch, and the bottom board is a little loose, but not falling off- one original dresser has loss to a back foot and the sofa has loss to a front foot
