The Wrench was patented by Joseph N. Noyer number 854174. An earlier 1904 patent described it as a wrench for Railroad Fish Plate Bolts. There has been loss of plating. The jaws open and rotate smoothly. When closing one of the jaws hangs up in several places. The adjusting wheels retain their toothed surface. Loosen the center pin and the jaws rotate easily. Tighten them and the jaws lock in place. There is some minimal bruising on the jaws.
The wrench is 8" long. Max opening is 1".
