Patent information:The reversible ratchet wrench has adjustable jaws built into the head. It was marketed as the Wizard Adjustable Ratchet. The patent is a refinement on a reduced scale of Noyer\'s Dec. 13, 1904 adjustable jaw ratchet wrench for railroad fish plate bolts (pat. No. 777,389).Corresponding Canadian patent no. CA-101,549 was granted on October 16, 1906.This wrench is 8\" long and functions as it should... The jaws open and close as they should and ratchet mechanism is fully functional as well with the screw knob in the handle.
