This is a vintage Swiss-made Titus pendant/watch fob watch — sometimes called a “nurses pendant watch” or miniature pendant watch — almost certainly dating to the late 1940s through early 1960s based on the case style, exposed bow/crown assembly, dauphine hands, and 17-jewel manual-wind movement. The movement is signed “TITUS WATCH Co.” and “SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS.”
This is from my estate collection, this vintage TITUS Watch Co. Swiss pendant watch features a manually wound 17-jewel movement housed in a compact gold-tone case with acrylic display back.
The watch retains its original gold-tone dial with applied Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9, gold-tone dauphine hands, and Swiss marking at the lower dial edge. The rear crystal reveals the signed Titus Watch Co. movement with visible ruby jewels and balance assembly.
This is a classic mid-century ladies pendant/fob watch dating approximately to the 1950s–1960s and represents the elegant miniature Swiss watches popular during the period.
Condition shows normal vintage wear, surface scratching to the acrylic, and age-related patina consistent with estate preservation. Movement appears complete.

There are visible scratches on the crystal as well as the gold banding. This has been used and worn and cared for gently. It keeps time and run runs well.
I found I had two carried around for a day before the timing was accurate.
However, it had been kept away for many, many years.
