Up for sale is an absolutely beautiful gorgeous antique sterling silver tea and coffee set. This stunning set is the Buttercup pattern from Gorham Co. there are 7 total pieces in this set. There are 5 buttercup pieces and one large water pitcher that is the puritan pattern made by Gorham. There also is a large 22 inch Gorham serving tray. I don’t believe the serving tray is sterling silver. I believe it’s silver plated. But everything else is sterling silver with this set. There is one coffee pot and one teapot and one covered sugar pot and one creamer and one waste pot. The large water pitcher has a monogram on it I believe it’s a large L. I weighed everything except the serving tray and the total weight of silver is 85 ounces. That’s a total weight of 85 ounces of sterling silver in this set. This is an antique buttercup set. The condition of this set is excellent with no missing pieces. I have not cleaned this set. I will leave that up to the buyer. It is tarnished a little bit but nothing major. I purchased this beautiful set from a little old lady that told me it’s been in her family for the last 60 years. This stunning sterling silver tea and coffee set is huge with the 7 pieces.
