1940's-50's Griswold Cast Iron Deep Fat Fryer (Amazing Condition):

This Griswold cast iron Deep Fat Fryer was produced in the 1940's-50's and is in excellent condition. It measures 7 1/2" rim to rim and 4 7/8" deep. There is no pitting at all on the pan. The cooking surface is "as cast" (how it was made in the foundry). Like all of these fryers, it would spin a little on a glass top stove so i would only use it on a gas or coil stove. That said, it is not warped at all. There is a spot on the side where the foundry left a little extra iron but that is fairly common on these. This would be a great pan to fry French fries or 1-2 pieces of chicken at a time. I took many pictures in different lighting/angles to show the true condition of the pan.
This pan was cleaned to bare iron with electrolysis and seasoned three times and is ready to use right away.
