The obverse depicts a draped bust facing left. The reverse features Liberty seated with shield and staff. This coin was struck approximately 5% off center, leaving part of the peripheral design and lettering outside the planchet.
ANACS assigned the coin a Fine 12 Details grade with the notation “Corroded.” The surfaces are dark brown with areas of roughness and visible green corrosion deposits. These condition issues are plainly identified on the ANACS label and visible in the photographs.
