Unlikemany of our competitors who sell coffee from a garage or are just resellers, wehave enclosed a copy of our Department of Health Certificate to show that our7,000+ square foot facility is a fully approved food licensed facility. Everyone of our employees are required to take food safety handling tests to ensuresafe and proper handling of your coffees. What this means is that hats orhairnets are required, no direct contact with the beans are allowed, and allsanitary standards exceed the Department of Health requirements.Additionally our scales are tested by the State on a regular basis to ensureaccurate weights & measures.
