As is *** Overall good condition with a few loose seams leading me to believe Most seams will probably need to be reinforced for serious wear. No major stains. Some light yellowing on the belt near the buckle. Some paint missing on the buckle. (also buckle is made of plastic and painted to look metal.) Some small pin size holes. skirt seems to be missing a button or closure. Button has been moved around.
