The three portfolios contain a total of 13 color prints.
⚠️The Parsifal portfolio has the most significant age-related damage. The prints inside had become stuck together over time, apparently because there were no protective interleaving sheets between them. When separated, this resulted in areas of surface loss, peeling, and missing portions of the printed images. Several prints in this portfolio are affected to varying degrees. The portfolio itself and the mounting sheets also show considerable age-related wear.
The other two portfolios are in considerably better overall condition. Their prints are generally well preserved for their age, although some have minor surface damage, discoloration, spotting, or other age-related wear. The portfolio covers also show expected wear from age and storage.
