Antique bent wood heavy duty round firkin, barrel box with lid
1.overall very good condition,
2.very solid
3.notice the heavy bent woodfinger laps
4. staves are tight, very slightwiggle
5. this box weight 3.5 pound before packing
6.decorated,top has hammered design, starts from the center kind of wheel shaped
7. bottom edge is chip carved, see photo
8. decorative S or opened 8 shapes all around the middle
9. not sure what this wasused for butconstructed to hold a lot of weight andbe very protective
10.round bands are bent oak
11. top and bottom inserts are pine
