Up for sale is a very high quality antique 19th century handmade parquetry wooden sewing/jewelry box.The piecehas very intricate detailing done in a marquetry style and the box has acquired a nice patina from age. It isbeautifullyinlaid with several geometric patterns out of many different typed of wooden veneer.It has a beveled glass mirror under the lid trimmed with velour and several compartments along with a removable tray.The box is in good condition, is a very nice size, and measures 14 inches long by 9 inches wide by 7 inches tall.
