The book is in very good condition, especially considering its age. The overall binding is good, however there is one particular opening where the binding is a tad loose (See pics.). Overall, it is pretty mild for a book of this type and age, but I did want to mention it. There were a couple of pages that were stained/damaged by a paperclip being used on a particular page (see pics). There were a couple of dogeared pages (see pics.). I flipped through the book. There were some rather lengthy notations in the front of the book (See pics). There were a few occasions of a marginal note and/or underlining in the text, but it was pretty mild (see pics for examples).
