DOAs (Dead on Arrival): In the event of DOA, please message us within 1 hour of marked delivery time via messaging. Please DO NOT open the bag. We will need at the very least 5 clear pictures of the DOA to confirm. We will issue refunds for the DOA only. Shipping is non-refundable. If the fish arrives alive and you did not acclimate properly, we are not responsible for the loss once the fish enters your tank.
