2) If you\'re not familiar with VoIP technology, or how to provision SIP phones, please make absolutely sure this phone will work with your system before placing an order. I\'ve provisioned hundreds of these phones (on probably a dozen platforms) and have never had an issue, but I\'m also an expert and I know how to handle configuration issues if they occur.

▪ Does it include a power adapter?No. This is a PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) device (IEEE 802.3af) and ships without an AC adapter. PoE switch or injector is required. An optional AC adapter is sold separately.

▪ Does the T48S have built-in Bluetooth or Wi-Fi? No. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not built-in. They require an optional USB dongle inserted into the USB 2.0 port. Yealink BT40/BT41 for Bluetooth, or WF40/WF50 for Wi-Fi (sold separately).

▪ What phone systems does the T48S work with? The T48S runs open SIP and is compatible with platforms including 3CX, BroadSoft, Asterisk, Genesys, RingCentral, RingLogix, Yeastar, Vonage, and 8x8. Feature availability varies by platform and firmware. It\'s always a good idea to confirm support with your provider before purchasing.
