YDC Lancer EVO IV–IX Pendulum Design Shifter is designed as a premium upgrade for drivers who want a more precise, direct and mechanical shifting feel without turning the interior into a raw race-only setup
The main idea of this shifter is not just to make the throw shorter. The goal is to improve the complete shifting experience: better self-centering, clearer gear engagement, reduced play, a stronger lever feel and more confidence during fast driving
Compared to the factory shifter, the YDC Pendulum Design Shifter uses a pendulum mechanism with a self-centering spring. This makes the lever return to the center more naturally and helps the driver feel the gearbox position more clearly. Shifts become more direct, more predictable and more enjoyable both for street use and motorsport driving
Compatible with Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IV–IX with 5-speed manual gearbox only
Important interior fitment note:
This shifter requires a 6-speed center console or trimming of the original 5-speed plastic center console.
The shifter itself is designed for 5-speed gearbox setups, but due to the shifter size and position, the factory 5-speed interior plastic may require modification for proper fitment
