This item is in fantastic shape. It is my personal wetsuit. I always rinsed it out with water after each use as well as storing it properly. I have been in water temperatures down to 34 F with this wetsuit. The drylock technology works incredibly well for insulating water. This model is from 2015/2016.
When comparing this wetsuit to others, take notice of wear and tear. Many suits from this year will have damage. This typically shows in the form of lines, and this is evident of heavy wear and improper storage of the suit. Notice in the pictures how pristine the condition of this suit is. There are barely any spots that show wear and tear, despite being 10 years old. It was properly taken care of, and I can attest to that since it was my own.
One area of wear and tear is along the wrists. There are close ups of these areas to show this. This is a minor issue since gloves/mittens/lobster claws are typically worn when wearing this wetsuit. Inquire if you need more photos.
