• Is this an official product? Did you design it yourself?No, this is not an official KI product. This is a fan-inspired project from a 2010 Wizard101 fan who wants to bring their childhood game and its nostalgic air to life. All doodles, symbols, and fonts used belong to KI artist Jeff Toney, other KI artists, and KingsIsle Entertainment.Yes, the borders, shapes, and general layouts are designed by me. I grew up owning almost every card game including Bicycle, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokemon. As you can tell, I drew my inspiration from those card games to make this project.
• What cards are included in the decks? Do you have every single card?There are no particular patterns to the cards selected, aside from being grouped by school. They were chosen at random directly from all 7 of my wizards\' spellbooks. All products, however, contain the same default prints unless it is a customized deck; for example, the same 40 cards for the Fire deck are printed every time.No, I do not have every single card. You will notice I have at most 40 cards for any given main school, even though there are more in the game (this excludes a fully customized deck). I did my best to pick the majority of the popular cards, so I apologize if one of your favorite cards got left out.
• How long does it take you to make one deck?It depends on the type of deck, but typically around 3 hours or less for one fully finished and packaged deck. The majority of the process aside from printing is done by hand such as laminating, refining, and deck box assembling. Because these are handmade products, I take extra time and care while making them, which I hope can be reflected in the prices and positive responses.
• When do you ship the decks after I put in an order? Will I be updated? Can I cancel an order?I have business handling set to 5 days to give myself time in case there are large order volumes, but sometimes your order will ship as soon as a couple hours if it happens to be my shipping day with low order traffic.I apologize for the long shipping time and slow handling in case your order takes the full 5 days, quality craftsmanship is my priority. I also communicate with all customers and keep them updated while I make the decks, leading up to when it gets shipped out to USPS, which will automatically give you tracking for USPS Ground Advantage.I will be unable to refund or cancel any orders if it has already been paid for and shipped out, so please decide or ask questions before purchasing!
• How do you package your decks?I do my absolute best to protect the deck boxes and cards, and so packaging is top-quality. All decks and cards are heat sealed, bubble wrapped, and securely packaged inside a poly bubble mailer or corrugated cardboard box (depending on order size).
