William Schimmel Jr. (who prefers to be called \"Schim\") is the son of talented water colorist William Sr. Like his father, Schimmel spent many years teaching art. Due to the popularity of his work, he now works on his art full time. Schimmel\'s talents are not limited to painting, as he is also a gifted musician whohas played professionally in a handful of bands in his home state of Arizona. His father\'s artistic teachings focused primarily on landscapes. As a result, William now primarily uses nature scenes for his subject matter. His art is sought after and collected domestically and in international markets.
