WYBOT – Quick FAQ
🔵 1. Unit won\'t turn on / Red light on

Cause: Blocked impeller, low battery, or motor protection triggered.

Fix: Clean the impeller, ensure water depth > 0.5m, and restart the unit.

🔵 2. Won\'t charge / Charging light flashes

Cause: Dirty charging port or poor connection.

Fix: Clean the charging contacts with a dry cloth or isopropyl alcohol. Reconnect the charger.

🔵 3. Won\'t climb walls / Poor wall performance

Cause: Smooth surfaces (tile, mosaic, fiberglass) or missing floating kit.

Fix: Install the floating kit (contact us if missing). Adjust cleaning mode via app.

🔵 4. Unit only cleans part of the pool

Cause: Wrong cleaning mode, clogged filter, or outdated firmware.

Fix: Change mode in app, clean the filter basket, and update firmware via app.

🔵 5. App won\'t connect to the unit

Cause: Unit is in the water (Bluetooth does not work underwater).

Fix: Take the unit out of the pool, place it on land, and reconnect via app.

🔵 6. Unit starts but stops quickly / Grinding sound

Cause: Low battery voltage or mainboard issue.

Fix: Fully charge for 6–8 hours. If still fails, hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset. Contact support if not resolved.

🔵 7. Charging LED stays flashing green

Normal: Flashing green = charging.

When fixed: Solid green = fully charged. If it never turns solid, check charger or port.
