This is a wonderful WWII Censor Cover. It was sent from Lisboa, Portugal to Waynesboro, Pennsylvania on 10/9/1940.It was censored in Bermuda with the Censor Tape CL2 #60. However, it was modified with an M/S to #68. This is VERY RARE!
