*HISTORICAL NOTE*
This is the Over Stamp variation of the Lamson 1944 Data Plate. This transitional Lamson dataplate was used early into 1944. Lamson used up their remaining stocks of already marked blank 1943 dated data plates into 1944 and over stamped them with the new year’s date. Later in the year they made a dedicated 1944 marked plate after they depleted the 1943 left over blanks.
This is a new made replacement dataplate that is one of the most accurate reproductions that is available for the .30 Cal Tripod Mount Browning 1919a4.
