My collection encompasses weekly issues by WLS AM Radio in Chicago. Stored flat with no creases and meant to be folded but these are not. Price is for (1) Survey shipped First-Class via USPS in a large 9\" by 12\" manilla envelope.
These measure 7\" wide by 8.5\" length. They were primarily isssued in Green, Pink, Yellow and Blue. One side rates the records in numerical order while the other lists a spotlight, bio, or song lyrics of a group or singer. Usually half of this back page has printed the lyrics.
Of course the front page will always show a different DJ each week some of whom were Bob Sirrott, Steve Dahl & Garry Meier, Larry Lujack, Brant Miller, Yvonne Daniel\'s, Fred Winston, Susan Platt, Tommy Edward\'s, and many others.
