Vtg Lillie Rubin Hand Painted (?) Metallic Jacket Mosaic Pattern Spiral Size Petite. Absolutely gorgeous piece that can be worn as a jacket, Blazer or over leggings. In excellent condition and a rare find! Black buttons secured via elastic hoop. Many of her pieces were hand painted, and this appears to be as well, but I cannot be sure due to the lack of fabric tag. Shoulder pads complete this beautiful 80s look. See images for details.
