Up for sale is an unmarked double bit axe that I recently hung on a Whiskey River CRU handle.
This is one of the shortest and whippiest handles I’ve seen in a long time. It gives the axe a really unique feel and makes for a compact, lively double bit.
The handle is finished with a whiskey barrel wedge, which adds a pretty cool bit of character to the build.
Both edges have been ground to a 22.5° bevel.
