This is a beautiful piece ofvintage poker ephemera.Turn the handle on top and the chip holders spin outthe handles fold up and makes it easy to move.There are two slots in the top fordecks of cards.Caddy holds around 300 chipsThe Caddy works well but there is a chip on the top sideand one of the chip holders doesn\'t pop out on it\'s own.You have to pull it out. If you are an experiencedhandy person this might be able to be repaired, I amnot sure and I won\'t attempt it.
