The P6045 is a high-impedance, 230MHz FET active probe designed for oscilloscopes with probe power (Tek 454/454A or via the included external supply). Case shows cosmetic wear consistent with age — surface scuffs, a name tag reading "J.R. Smith," and light foam discoloration.
