This vintage Stetson is from around the 40’s likely. It has Thirty written out in cursive on the sweatband meaning it was thirty dollars. The sweatband is brittle but the hat does wear fine. You can either restore this hat or wear it as a time capsule. Either way it’s piece of history and a very cool hat. The size tag has fallen off over the years, but i bent the sweatband down to look for it and the union tag fell out so that was pretty cool. I’m a 7 1/4 and the hat fits ever so slightly big on me so it’s pretty safe to say it’s a 7 3/8, but if you are normally a 7 1/4 it might work for you as well.
