Wonderful vintage Sheaffer’s White Dot fountain pen and mechanical pencil set in the original fitted presentation case.
The set features attractive deep blue barrels with contrasting metal caps and gold-tone trim. The fountain pen has a genuine 14K Sheaffer nib, clearly marked:

Both pieces are personalized/engraved “HERB UHLES.”
According to estate history, these belonged to Herb Uhles, longtime Oklahoma grocer associated with Uhles Food Market in Oklahoma City. Historical records confirm that Uhles Food Market was an Oklahoma City family grocery business, making this an especially interesting piece of Oklahoma business history.

Condition:
Vintage used condition with normal age-related surface wear and scratches to the pens and metal trim. The original case shows age, staining/wear to the interior, and noticeable deterioration/damage to the exterior covering, as pictured.
The fountain pen has not been tested with ink and has not been restored, so it may require cleaning or servicing before use. Mechanical pencil should also be considered vintage/untested. Please examine all photographs closely for condition and markings.
