A stunning vintage Rosenthal Winifred porcelain coffee/tea service, made in Selb, Germany.
This beautiful set features an elegant ivory/cream porcelain body decorated with a vibrant emerald green band, elaborate gold floral and scroll motifs, and richly gilded borders. The footed cups have a graceful classic silhouette, while the matching lidded pot features a long curved spout, arched handle and coordinating green-and-gold lid.
The underside is marked “Rosenthal – Selb Germany – Winifred.”
The combination of jewel-toned green, ivory porcelain and extensive gilding gives this set a wonderfully luxurious Old World European / Hollywood Regency / Grandmillennial appearance. It would be gorgeous displayed in a china cabinet, on a bar or tea cart, or used for an elegant coffee or afternoon tea setting.
