Beautiful vintage porcelain decorative bowl made in Romania, featuring a rich cobalt blue glaze accented with ornate gold detailing.
The center features a delicate multicolor floral bouquet surrounded by a pale blue cartouche and gold accents. The deeply scalloped rim and raised scroll details give the bowl an elegant, dimensional appearance.
The underside retains its original blue factory mark and is clearly marked Made in Romania.
