Fantastic vintage Rockmount Ranch Wear Western belt buckle from Denver, Colorado, retaining its original paper label on the reverse:
“Distinctive Blue Ribbon – Tru-Wist – Rockmount Ranch Wear – Denver, Colo.”
Large statement buckle measuring approximately 4” across, with ornate silver-tone Western floral engraving, raised bead detailing and two large reddish-brown leather insets.
The combination of bright metalwork and aged leather gives this one a killer old-school Western/ranch-wear look. The leather shows natural age, darkening, creasing and surface wear, while the metal has scratches and general vintage wear throughout.
Original belt loop and prong hardware remain intact. Most importantly, the original Rockmount Ranch Wear paper label survives on the back and shows age/wear as pictured. I would leave both the buckle and label exactly as found.
A wonderfully unusual piece of vintage Denver Western wear from the historic Rockmount name.
