There is shelf wear on exterior, fold out red accordion does not make noise (I do not know if it is supposed to) there are tears at the top and bottom of pages that are held together with original stickers and holds a pull out on string, there is separation from spine near the end of book, the balloon has stuck to the pages with tall buildings and has caused yellowing on following pages, I believe there are 2 sponge paper tear outs missing on the Surprise page.
