Vintage ORVIS Battenkill Canvas/ Leather Fly Fishing RodCase / Tote Excellent Used Condition
The case features classic olive-green heavy canvass with brown leather trim. It measures 54 X 5 ½ X 3 ½ inches and will accommodate up to4 standard 2 ½ inch single rod tubes in the interior. The case has two 18 x 5 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch outside zip pockets which are shownholding 4 4 ½ inch reel cases and 4 3 ½ in reel cases. It comes with an adjustable woven shoulderstrap, Talon metal zippers and the sewn Orvis label.
The case is probably 40 years old but is in excellentcondition. There are some minor marks onthe case but I have not attempted to clean or recondition the case. I felt it was best to leave that to the newowner. It looks great and is certainly useablewithout any treatment.
