Amazing vintage Norma Kamali skirt in great condition. Tag size is a vintage 10 however would best fit a modern small to medium. Waist measures 28 inches and would best fit a 27” waist. Fabric has no stretch. There is no boning in the corset waist. The high waist can be up or folded over. The lace has a subtle black fade and shows a a dark burgundy color in the lace pattern but it is even throughout the whole garment and looks intentional. You can see this in the photos. I have seen this many times in vintage black fabric clothing.
