Antique advertising ink blotter for Morton’s Salt, featuring the company’s iconic “When It Rains It Pours” slogan and artwork of a little girl in a rain slicker carrying a Morton’s Salt container, walking her bird pull-toy in the rain. The piece carries the Good Housekeeping Bureau approval seal in the upper corner, a common quality mark on early-to-mid 20th century advertising ephemera.
