A young couple leans against the wall watching the boats pass by with the Houses of Parliament in the background. The couple lend some color to the print in red and yellow, while the center boat adds a little yellow to the print as well.The print is in the original black frame. The frame measures 18 1/4\" wide by 15\" tall. The frame is about 3/4\" wide.We estimate the print to be about 14 1/4\" x 17 1/2\" underneath the frame.Aside from light wear to the frame, there are no noticeable flaws. The print appears to be flawless!Maurice Legendre passed away in the 1950\'s. His art was very popular in England in the 1990\'s, especially London and Paris landmark views. He is also known for North Africa scenic paintings, and for his sculpture. Awards for his work include the Blumenthal prize in 1954, and the Brantôme prize for sculpture in 1965.Please note, the print was photographed under fluorescent lighting inside it\'s original frame. Background colors may look like they have a mauve tint, but the background tone of this party sunny day scene is a blue-ish color. Also note that there are reflections on the print from the camera (they are not defects).
