Vintage Japanese porcelain figure depicting Jurojin, the Japanese God of Longevity, one of the traditional Seven Lucky Gods.
The figure is richly decorated in the Satsuma style with a deep burgundy robe, green hood, raised floral enamel decoration, cobalt blue and white accents, and extensive gold gilt detailing. Jurojin is shown with his characteristic long white beard and holding a tall staff.
The robe features intricate raised moriage-style decoration with floral motifs and textured patterns throughout.
The underside is stamped MADE IN JAPAN.
