Two-piece sake set with a flared-rim cup on a pedestal base and a matching saucer. Cup has hand-painted blue underglaze illustrations of children, floral motifs, and landscape elements with a geometric border. Saucer has a simple blue line border. Red and silver foil sticker inside the cup reads Made in Japan with a pagoda icon. Minor surface wear and dirt on the unglazed foot ring, otherwise like new.
