VINTAGE IPSWICH RIVER WILDLIFE SANCTUARY TRAIL MAP
Original vintage trail map issued for the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary in Topsfield, Massachusetts, a sanctuary of the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
The Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary was established in 1951 and has become one of Mass Audubon's major protected wildlife properties.
This fascinating older map preserves an earlier view of the sanctuary and its trail system.

The bottom of the map states:
“A SANCTUARY OF THE MASSACHUSETTS AUDUBON SOCIETY”
and describes the property as a nonprofit, nongovernmental educational center owned and maintained by the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
