Vintage Hagen-Renaker miniature ceramic Quail with Topknot, made in San Dimas, California.
A wonderful tiny quail with rich brown coloring, gray-blue wing detail and the distinctive curved black head plume characteristic of the Hagen-Renaker quail design.
Still accompanied by its original Hagen-Renaker card marked “An Original From Hagen-Renaker, Inc., San Dimas, Calif.” with the old $4.00 price handwritten on the card.
The fragile curved topknot is especially attractive and appears intact in the photographs. Original card has expected age, discoloration, creasing and edge wear. Please see photographs closely for exact condition.
