Vintage Gitane steel road racing frameset with grey painted frame and chrome fork.
Approx 54cm seat tube center to top, 54-55cm top tube center to center
Fits 700c x 126mm wheel, Side Pull brake
Main triangle carries a Reynolds 453 Tubes Renforcés decal on the down tube, while the lower section of the tube features yellow \"Cycles Gitane\" graphics with a dotted fade pattern.
Bottom bracket shell is fitted with a square-taper Model Vitus bottom bracket unit and plastic cable guide, and the head tube is assembled with a quill-style threaded headset and matching chrome fork crown.

Used vintage Gitane steel frameset with cosmetic wear from prior use and storage. Grey paint shows scattered chips, scratches, and small spots of surface rust on the top tube, stays, and dropouts, and the yellow Cycles Gitane down tube graphics are scuffed and partially worn. Chrome fork has light scuffs and small marks. Includes frame, fork, headset, bottom bracket, and dropout adjuster screws only; no other hardware or accessories.
