I flipped through it 3x (front to back and back to front) and did not see any markings or tears on any pages except the very first page with a name written on it (as shown in the pic). The front and back of the book does have what I would describe as \"wear marks\" (also shown in the pics). All pages are intact and the spine and hinges are still tight. The book still has its dust cover.This copy is the illustrated edition and contains atlas and city plans.Approximate dimensions:7 1/4\" x 5\" by 2\" thick
