Beautiful vintage Brambly Hedge cotton fabric by Rose & Hubble, featuring a dense all-over ditsy floral print in soft sage green and ivory.
The original selvage is clearly marked:
“BRAMBLY HEDGE™ for ROSE & HUBBLE® by JILL BARKLEM 1998”
This is a coordinating / companion print from the beloved Brambly Hedge textile collection inspired by Jill Barklem’s illustrated world.
Unlike the character-heavy main prints, this design features a subtle field of tiny cream flowers over a muted green background, making it especially versatile for quilting, backing, borders, binding, patchwork, doll clothing, children’s sewing projects, slow stitching, and Cottagecore-inspired textile work.

【 Condition Report 】
Very good vintage pre-owned condition.
The fabric is a continuous approximately 77\" x 45\" piece and retains its original printed selvage.
No major holes, tears, or significant stains were observed during inspection.
There are light folds and storage creases consistent with long-term folded storage.
Because this is vintage fabric, minor age-related variations or small imperfections may be present.
Please review all photos carefully for the exact color, print, selvage markings, condition, and scale.
【 A Personal Note from the Seller 】
This is an especially useful Brambly Hedge fabric because it works beautifully as a companion print to the more recognizable illustrated character fabrics.
The small-scale green floral pattern is subtle enough for quilt borders, binding, backing, lining, patchwork, doll clothing, and other projects where a full character print might be too busy.
At more than 2 continuous yards, this piece also offers enough yardage for larger coordinated sewing projects and is increasingly difficult to find in an uncut vintage length.
We currently also have the coordinating yellow Brambly Hedge mouse illustration fabric available separately, making it possible to build a matched vintage fabric set from the same Jill Barklem / Rose & Hubble collection.
