Construction and materials: welded chromoly steel main triangle and stays with a threaded bottom bracket shell, straight top tube and down tube, and a rigid rear triangle intended for use with a compatible suspension or rigid fork.
Dropouts and mounts: vertical rear dropouts with an integrated derailleur hanger and threaded eyelets near the tips for racks or fenders, plus additional mounts on the frame for accessories as shown in the photos.

Bicycle frames are professionally packed and ship wrapped with foam inside a new box. Any headset and bottom bracket parts pictured are included, have not been inspected, may need service. No dents or cracks. Some scratches and marks. All parts pictured are included.
Used vintage Bontrager chromoly mountain bike frame with extensive cosmetic wear from age, riding, and long-term storage. Dark green paint shows many scratches, chips, and large flaking sections, with heavy surface rust and scale around the bottom bracket shell, chainstay junctions, underside of the down tube, rear dropouts, and several cable guides and brake bosses; bottom bracket shell exterior and nearby tubes have thick corrosion and missing paint, and the shell threads show rust and need thorough cleaning and chasing before installation of any parts. May have surface rust that is not visible in the pics. Frame tubes are straight with no dents or deformation in the main triangle, but the rusted areas require sanding, rust treatment, and careful inspection for structural integrity before any riding use; listing includes the bare frame only as pictured with no fork, headset, bottom bracket, seatpost, clamps, or additional hardware included.
