Vintage Swiss-made Bergeon balance poising tool with smooth, unnotched red ruby jaws and a Bergeon storage case. The base has three adjustable leveling feet and a recessed space for a removable circular spirit level.
The spirit level is missing and is not included. No model number is visible on the tool, so a specific 2802 variant is not claimed.
The tool and case show wear from age and use, including marks to the metal and wear to the case edges. I have not tested the tool for precision watchmaking work.
