Lovely unique item. Promotional giveaway to farmers, farm stores, or others in grain agricultural business, most likely 1930s -1950s. Tape mechanism works properly. Coating heavily worn on sides of the tape measure, but artwork in front is very nice and seems in very good condition given age and materials. See all photos.
