A versatile four-piece collection of vintage French white porcelain by Apilco, renowned for its exceptionally durable hotel, restaurant and culinary ware. The set combines two graduated serving pitchers with a classic fluted ramekin and a petite textured gratin dish.
The two pitchers feature softly rounded bodies, elegant swept spouts and graceful loop handles. The larger No. 4 pitcher holds 600 ml and is ideal for juice, water, milk, cocktails or sauces. The smaller No. 6 pitcher holds 300 ml and works beautifully for cream, milk, warm syrup, salad dressing or gravy. Either pitcher can also serve as a charming vase for garden flowers or fresh herbs.
The round S2 ramekin has a traditional vertically fluted exterior and is perfectly sized for an individual soufflé, baked egg, pot pie, crème brûlée, fruit crisp, dip or condiment.
Completing the group is a small oval No. 2 gratin dish with a subtly textured white exterior. Its shallow oven-to-table form is ideal for an individual gratin, baked appetizer, vegetables, side dish or dessert. It may also be used for olives, nuts, butter or aperitivo snacks.
